Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
Deposits may be required for certain treatments and are non-refundable
Packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable
Services rendered are non-refundable
Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of Joyful Medical Spa.

Joyful Medical Spa reserves the right to decline, modify, or discontinue services if medically inappropriate or unsafe.

All services are subject to medical appropriateness and provider discretion
